Telephone Interviews
Telephone interviews can be conducted using pencil and paper or with a computer using a CATI system (Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing). The CATI system "plays" the questionnaire on the screen, follows survey branching for the interviewer, and can validate answers. No keypunching from a paper copy is necessary and turn-around time is reduced. Since the respondent can't see or reread items on a page, it is important to have a clear, concise questionnaire. Equally important is a well-trained, experienced staff of interviewers. Drawbacks with this method are lack of respondent availability and lack of cooperation. We offer complete telephone interviewing capability.Contact us and let us give you a bid on your next phone survey. Copyright © 2006 nVision Research. All Rights Reserved.
